Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director of Business Transformation to lead AI-enabled transformation across Celsius, Alani Nu, and Rockstar portfolios.

Reporting to the Chief Business Transformation Officer, you will design, build, and deliver AI/advanced-analytics capabilities that drive decisions, then redesign processes for adoption. The role requires hands-on AI development, vendor management, and change leadership, with responsibility to enable cross-functional teams and ensure ROI through

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business transformation, analytics, data, or tech roles with hands-on AI delivery.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered apps with tangible results.
• Ability to map and redesign end-to-end business processes and improve workflows.
• Experience evaluating and managing AI vendors and partners; strong SOWs and ROI focus.
• Proven change management and adoption skills across senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Fluency with modern data/AI stacks including Snowflake, BI tools, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ship hands-on AI solutions for business impact.
• Lead end-to-end AI implementation across functions: scoping to adoption.
• Redesign processes around new capabilities, not just the tool.
• Evaluate and manage AI vendors and delivery partners; ensure cost and quality.
