Job summary

The Suite, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own the systems, data, and technology foundation that powers its growth. You’ll lead tools, processes, and AI enablement to drive efficiency, decision-making, and scalable operations across the company.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Sales, and Finance to unify data, improve processes, and raise deliverability; build governance, and mentor the operations team to reduce friction and accelerate strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and running business systems at scale in SaaS or high-growth companies.
• Hands-on expertise with a modern operations stack such as HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Ramp, and Chargebee.
• Experience building AI agents and piloting internal AI initiatives and putting them into regular use.
• A track record of auditing complex automation environments, retiring technical debt, and setting documentation and tool standards.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability infrastructure and best practices.
• Experience combining multiple data sources into unified reporting from HubSpot, Postgres, and Airtable.
• Experience leading operations teams and driving change across functions.
• Strategic thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own The Suite’s business systems stack and set its roadmap.
• Set and enforce standards for internal tools, automations, and documentation.
• Regularly audit home-built Airtable systems and carry out migration/rebuild plans.
• Map and improve cross-functional processes; cut redundancies and unnecessary meetings.
• Lead the Business Operations team, including IT helpdesk, Airtable maintenance, vendor management, and process documentation.
• Lead a remediation plan for company-wide email deliverability and domain strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to build a unified data layer across HubSpot, Postgres, Airtable, and other sources.
• Own The Suite’s AI Transformation and Enablement program and pilot new tools.
• Lead the cross-functional AI Enablement team.
• Support deployment of AI automations and retire them when they’re no longer needed.
