Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own the systems, data, and technology foundation powering The Suite's growth. You’ll lead our business tools and processes, set standards for internal technology, manage email infrastructure, and drive unified business intelligence.

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on efficiency and decision-making. You’ll lead an AI enablement program, unite data across sources, and drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running business systems at scale in SaaS or high-growth companies.
• Hands-on expertise with a modern operations stack including HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Ramp, Chargebee.
• Experience building AI agents and piloting internal AI initiatives.
• Auditing complex automation environments and reducing technical debt.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability infrastructure and best practices.
• Experience unifying data from multiple sources into reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations teams and driving change.
• Strategic thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own The Suite's business systems stack and roadmap.
• Set internal tool standards and retirement criteria.
• Audit Airtable systems and manage migrations.
• Map cross-functional processes and reduce tool bloat.
• Lead the Business Operations team including IT helpdesk and vendor management.
• Lead email deliverability remediation and domain/IP strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to build a unified data layer.
• Own and pilot AI Transformation and Enablement programs.
• Lead cross-functional AI Enablement team.
• Support deployment of AI automations and retire unused ones.
