Job summary

ESB Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Director to build and run the systems, workflows, and data for a fast-growing digital infrastructure company. This on-site role reports to the SVP and focuses on internal business systems, not product management.

You will configure Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and related systems, build workflows and dashboards, and help bring our AI platform into daily operations. You will own the end-to-end system solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems, platforms, or operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, NetSuite, and an HRIS.
• Results from workflow automation or system optimization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows.
• Clear communication with leaders across functions.

We are hiring a hands-on Director to build and run the systems, workflows, and data of a fast-growing digital infrastructure company.

Location: Austin, TX. Full time. On-site.

Reports to: SVP.

This is an internal business systems role. It is not software product management.

You will take over the day-to-day work on Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling. You will also help bring our AI intelligence platform into daily operations.

You will build and configure the systems yourself.
