Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Release Train Engineer to serve as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART). The role drives program execution, aligns teams with enterprise priorities, and promotes continuous improvement to accelerate value delivery across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Program Management or Agile Delivery, 4+ years of people leadership, and deep experience with SAFe, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in Program Management, Agile Delivery, or enterprise transformation.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading Scrum Masters and large delivery teams.
• 5+ years supporting Agile Release Trains or large-scale Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate ART ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos).
• Drive cross-functional program execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to maintain delivery commitments.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on program health, PI objectives, and value realization.
