Job summary

Chatham University seeks a collaborative Senior Director of Advancement Services to oversee operations that support fundraising and alumni engagement. Reporting to the VP for Advancement, you will lead data management, gift processing, and reporting, and evolve the department’s analytics and donor experience.

You will guide a team, refine processes, and implement best practices across stewardship, communications, and prospect research to drive philanthropic growth and alignment with university

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five+ years in advancement services or related fields.
• Experience with gift processing, data management, reporting, and donor relations.
• Experience with prospect research, portfolio management, and donor analytics preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
