Ambler Extended Care Center is seeking a full-time admissions/marketing professional to manage the patient flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. The role focuses on guiding referrals, payer satisfaction, and public image while supporting census and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, admissions, insurance verifications, pre-certifications, and community outreach to improve referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Guide the marketing program to ensure referrals, payer satisfaction, and positive public image.
• Support census goals and community profitability through admissions coordination.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, and pre-certifications with referral sources.
• Foster strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community resources.
