Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Marketing Admissions professional to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. You will guide referrals and payer satisfaction while ensuring a positive public image and strong census growth.

The role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community resources, coordinating tours, admissions, and pre-certifications, and supporting the facility’s overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets.
• Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions.
