Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated admissions/marketing professional for a skilled nursing community in North Carolina. You will manage patient flow, admissions, and marketing initiatives to boost referrals and payer satisfaction while maintaining a positive public image.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, verifications, pre-certs, and community outreach, with a focus on exceptional customer service for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Build professional relationships in local health care markets
• Generate referrals by engaging hospitals, physicians, and community resources
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Lead community outreach like health fairs and wellness events
• Regular marketing calls to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions
• Facilitate admissions decisions with a positive experience
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers
• Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare
• High school diploma or equivalent
