Job summary

AlignMed Partners in the United States seeks an Admissions Director to drive patient census, payer management and referral growth across our nursing center network. You will oversee the admissions process, manage referrals, and coordinate with marketing to elevate community visibility.

The role emphasizes brand stewardship, online reputation, and collaboration across clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process with timely lead follow-up and census goals.
• Build referral sources through regular engagement and community marketing.
• Manage brand and online reputation, including Google ratings.
• Improve care transitions with strong patient and family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversion rates.
