Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead strategic admissions efforts, collaborate with campus leadership, and manage recruitment initiatives to meet new student and start-rate targets.

The role emphasizes team development, budgeting input, and adherence to accreditation and ethical standards while building strong external relationships and streamlining admissions processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 5 years’ experience managing a sales effort, particularly admissions recruitment or intangible products.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieves the new student plans for assigned team.
• Assists Campus President in establishing and forecasting plans and class outcomes.
• Assists in hiring of admissions staff, maintaining staffing plans, and oversees and assists in the training, development, motivation and ongoing management of such staff including quarterly reviews; new hire and veteran training; ongoing observations; turnover prevention via training and support provided.
• Support inquiry conversion and applicant stitch-in and ensures compliance with all school standards, ethical standards, and compliance with all federal, state and accreditation requirements.
• Assist in training and development of Admissions Representatives to ensure their overall success.
• Work with campus leadership team to plan and coordinate recruitment related events.
• Collaborates with HS team to promote, engage and recruit high school students.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
