Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Director of Admissions to lead the campus Admissions team, ensuring pre-set goals and performance standards are met. You will monitor staffing, lead flow, planning and implementing local area marketing initiatives with the Marketing team.

You will recruit, train, supervise and motivate Admissions Representatives, conduct evaluations, manage staffing, and partner with Financial Aid to maintain excellent customer service and student experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in admissions with enrollment management experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to develop and implement plans.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate Admissions Representatives.
• Monitor lead flow, phone evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Financial Aid to meet campus goals.
• Plan and execute campus events and open houses.
• Maintain excellent customer service and student experience.
