Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified candidates for college programs and guide them through the enrollment process. You will interact with prospects in person or by phone, evaluate inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding company policies.

The role emphasizes building relationships, conducting interviews, mentoring students, and handling administrative tasks with accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects/students in person or by phone to provide information about programs and enrollment.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews, ensuring policies are followed.
• Guide and mentor students on eligibility and enrollment processes.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.
• Attend training and meetings as required; demonstrate dependability and teamwork.
