Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative to engage prospective students in person or by phone, guiding them through program options and enrollment steps. You will interview prospects, explain program offerings, and ensure compliant handling of all materials.

The role emphasizes mentorship, timely documentation, and collaboration with campus staff to meet enrollment goals and regulatory standards. On-site work is required with regular campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• The Admissions Representative will spend most time interacting with prospects/students in person or by phone.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews, explaining program offerings and matching benefits to the student’s needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students on enrollment steps and eligibility requirements.
• Complete daily activity reports and ensure pre-start paperwork is accurate and timely.
