You will conduct interviews, follow approved materials, build relationships with prospective students, and manage administrative tasks and reporting. The role requires dependable communication, time management, and a commitment to helping students

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students for academic programs in a compliant and professional manner.
• Take inquiry calls and schedule interviews.
• Provide guidance on enrollment and admissions process.
• Observe policies and use approved materials.
• Maintain accurate inquiries and daily activity reports.
• Attend trainings and perform duties as assigned.
