Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead on-campus enrollment efforts and ensure attainment of campus goals. You will supervise Admissions staff, coach performance, and partner with Marketing, Financial Aid and campus leadership to deliver outstanding student experiences.

The role requires a strong track record in enrollment management, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven admissionstrack record with a minimum of four years in enrollment management.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enrollment management practices.
• Strong organizational, leadership, development and implementation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, supervise and motivate Admissions Representatives and support staff.
• Evaluate phone calls and interviews biweekly/monthly; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide feedback and coaching to drive performance and student experience.
• Monitor inbound calls, ensure accurate lead entry and proper front desk handling.
• Ensure staffing coverage for inbound leads and manage schedules.
• Lead campus events and collaborate with Marketing and Financial Aid teams.
