Job summary

Unitek Learning's Murray campus in Utah is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified students for the college’s programs. Under supervision, you will provide information, guidance, and assistance to applicants through enrollment, ensuring compliance with admissions policies and standards.

You will manage inquiries, follow up with prospective students, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with campus teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take inquiry calls from potential students and encourage appointments for interviews.
• Return web inquiries and calls promptly with accurate information about programs and admissions requirements.
• Make outbound calls to potential students and participate in outreach campaigns.
• Conduct student interviews and explain program offerings, benefits, and admissions process.
• Provide basic information and guidance on programs and eligibility, ensuring compliance with policies.
