Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Virginia is seeking an admissions/marketing-focused professional to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. You will lead outreach to hospitals, physicians, and senior living facilities to generate referrals and ensure a positive admission experience for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets.
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
• Regular marketing calls and visits to increase referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families.
• Extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
