Bayside Health & Rehab Center in New London, OH, seeks an admissions/marketing coordinator to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. You will drive referrals, tours, and pre-certifications while maintaining positive payer relationships and census goals.

Responsibilities include building hospital and physician referrals, coordinating outreach, and delivering excellent service to external and internal customers.

Qualifikationen

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliers
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
