Qualifications

• Cultivate relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and senior communities
• Generate referrals by building partnerships with care facilities and providers
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications
• Lead community outreach events like health fairs and wellness checks
• Regular marketing calls/visits to referral sources to boost referrals and admissions
• Facilitate admissions decisions ensuring a positive experience for customers and families
• Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers
