Responsibilities include coordinating tours, pre-certs, and insurance verification while delivering extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community resources.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications.
• Conduct community outreach such as health fairs and caregiver support groups.
• Regular marketing calls and visits to increase referrals and admissions.
• Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admission experience.
