Job summary

Qualifications

• Cultivating professional relationships in local health care markets
• Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians and facilities
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities like health fairs and caregiver groups
• Regular marketing calls to referral sources to increase referrals
