Oscar Health is seeking a Director, Actuarial to lead the actuarial team responsible for regional pricing across states, mentoring actuaries and partnering with Finance, P&L and Product. This is a remote role open to US residents (excluding certain states).

You will report to the VP, Actuarial, own actuarial methodologies, pricing processes, and key financial risk assessments, with compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited vacation, and annual bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track to become one.

Responsabilidades

• Own decision-making related to Actuarial methodologies and pricing across the portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end actuarial pricing processes for a portfolio.
• Mentor and develop actuarial team members with regular feedback.
