Qualifications

• Significant progressive accounting experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing full accounting cycle and close processes.
• Proven ability to improve controls and scalability.
• Experience building and mentoring an accounting team.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Evaluate processes and implement scalable controls.
• Build and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee GL activities, reconciliations, revenue recognition.
• Optimize systems and automation for reporting.
