Qualifications

• Big 4 foundation at management level required.
• 4-5+ years software industry experience beyond public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own technical accounting research for complex transactions.
• Lead internal and external reporting processes and footnote disclosures.
• Develop and evolve scalable accounting policies for a fast-growing software business.
• Perform stock-based compensation accounting.
