Responsibilities

• Define and own the Access Enablement strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships and ensure delivery against commitments.
• Drive transformation programs for product ownership, workflow changes, AI, automation, and self-service.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, IT, and clinical teams.
• Develop the enablement function with clear accountability and outcomes.
• Oversee budget planning and investment prioritization for enablement.
