Job summary

Phaxis in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior leader to own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities and outcomes. You will define governance for access technology, digital access, automation and workforce enablement while aligning with executive objectives.

You will identify structural barriers to access and develop patient-centered solutions, and advise the VP of Patient Access and other leaders on capabilities, technology investments, vendor performance and system-wide

• Own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
• Establish standards, governance, decision rights, and operating frameworks for access technology, digital access, automation, workforce enablement and related capabilities.
• Identify structural barriers to access and solutions based on patient impact.
• Advise the VP, Patient Access and executive leadership on access capabilities, technology investments, vendor performance, and system-level opportunities.
