Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years leadership in revenue cycle services, preferably hospital-based healthcare.
• 7+ years healthcare operations related to patient access.
• Proven success leading large-scale Patient Access strategies and implementations.
• Certifications such as CHAA or CHAM or progress toward them a plus.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling; Power BI, SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Patient Access revenue cycle transformation initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage project plans and deadlines to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to monitor impact of initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to identify performance opportunities.
• Act as Patient Access SME addressing client and team inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to align implementations with objectives.
• Monitor trends in denials and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain professional demeanor with clients and team members.
