Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in healthcare operations or patient access.
• Proven track record in cross-functional, technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience managing strategic vendors, roadmaps and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making and executive influencing abilities.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital scheduling in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities and outcomes.
• Establish governance, standards and operating frameworks for enablement capabilities.
• Identify barriers to access and prioritize scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Advise executive leadership on investments, vendor performance and system opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional implementation from concept to stabilization and measurement.
• Build organizational capability and accountability across the enablement function.
