Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology-enabled transformation and organizational change.
• Experience with access technology, digital access, automation, telephony, or related healthcare platforms.
• Experience managing strategic vendors, implementation partners, roadmaps, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and executive influence.
• Experience leading leaders and/or multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes through others.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
• Establish governance for access technology, digital access, automation, and related capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional implementation and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Partner with executives to align investment and vendor performance.
