Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte seeks a Director of Access Enablement to build and govern the systems, standards, and partnerships that scale patient access.

You will translate enterprise priorities into an integrated enablement roadmap spanning access technology, digital access, automation, and workforce enablement, guiding cross-functional teams across Patient Access, Clinical Access, Operations, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare operations, patient access, healthcare technology, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology-enabled transformation and organizational change.
• Experience with access technology, digital access, automation, telephony, workforce management, or related healthcare platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic vendors, implementation partners, roadmaps, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and executive influence.
• Experience leading leaders and/or multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes through others.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with enterprise access goals.
• Establish standards, governance, decision rights, and operating frameworks for access technology, digital access, automation, workforce enablement, clinician ramp, and related capabilities.
• Identify structural barriers to access and prioritize scalable solutions based on patient impact, operational value, clinical implications, cost, and scalability.
• Advise the VP, Patient Access and executive leadership on access capabilities, technology investments, vendor performance, and system-level opportunities.
