The role requires eight-plus years in product quality or related engineering, with deep DFMEA expertise and experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product quality, product development, or a related engineering or consumer insights function.
• Deep working knowledge of DFMEA methodology with a track record of raising standards.
• Strong familiarity with safety testing, regulatory standards, and certification processes across major markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the 5-star standard across the entire NPD portfolio and drive accountability among leadership.
• Direct and scale VEGA hacks across the organization with structured sessions.
• Own predictive modeling capability to forecast in-market rating performance across builds.
• Own the connection between NPD programs and safety, regulatory, and certification delivery.
