Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a seasoned Business Development Director of OEM Partnerships to drive nationwide growth. You will craft protection solutions, build strategic OEM and car-brand relationships, and negotiate high-impact deals with senior leaders.

This role requires deep market insight and strong business-case discipline. Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, set go-to-market strategies, and ensure effective onboarding of new partners across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or communications; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management in complex environments.
• Experience in P/C insurance or financial services with multi-channel distribution.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical and financial analysis competencies; proficient with data and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential OEM partners across Transportation segments.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of partnerships.
• Prepare and present business cases to executive leadership for partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms and deal economics to maximize ROI.
• Transition new partners into account management teams and oversee onboarding.
