Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Business Development Director of OEM Partnerships to shape strategic growth across the OEM and car-brand space nationwide. You will build protection solutions, negotiate high-impact deals, and drive GTM strategies with senior leaders to benefit millions of customers.

You will manage a diverse pipeline, align cross-functional stakeholders, and transition partners into ongoing account management, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management in a complex environment.
• Experience in P/C insurance or financial services with multi-channel distribution.
• Knowledge of products, services, insurance contracts, funding and rating.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytic and financial analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners across Transportation segments.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of the pipeline.
• Prepare and present to executive leadership a business case for partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms and deal economics to maximize ROI.
• Transition new partners into account management teams.
• Manage onboarding and transition plans for large, complex partnerships.
