Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Experience in P/C insurance or financial services with multi-channel distribution.
• Knowledge of services, products, marketing, insurance contracts, funding and rating.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytic and financial analysis competencies.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners across Transportation segments.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of pipeline.
• Prepare and present business cases to executive leadership for partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms and deal economics to achieve high ROI.
• Transition new partners into account management teams.
• Manage onboarding and transition plans for large, complex partnerships.
