You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define capabilities, and translate organizational needs into effective technology and operational solutions.

The role bridges Information Services and Community Impact units, guiding standards, prioritizing requirements, and delivering executive‑ready

Qualifications

• Strong consultative skills to partner with business leaders and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience guiding requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and prioritization across complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and executive discussions.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Analysts and Solution Consultants to deliver value for UWSEM.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate needs into technology and operational solutions.
• Develop standards, methodologies, and best practices for business analysis and solution evaluation.
• Coach and develop analysts while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and drive measurable impact.
