• Proficiency with process modeling, data modeling, and business process mapping/re-engineering tools.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, developers, architects, and project leaders to align requirements with technical solutions.
• Lead discussions translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
• Review and validate designs and specifications for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
