United Way for Southeast Michigan is seeking a Director of Business Analysis & Solutions Consulting to lead a team of Analysts and Solution Consultants. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, improve processes, and translate organizational needs into technology and operational solutions.

You will bridge Information Services with Community Impact, ensuring clear documentation, prioritized requirements, and aligned investments.

Qualifikationen

• Nonprofit experience preferred and a track record of aligning business needs with technology solutions.
• Ability to lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation across complex initiatives.
• Strong consultative skills with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and decision-making discussions.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver technology-enabled improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication with executive-level summaries.
