Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD, RN, MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of pharma commercial experience, including 3 years in patient services or market access.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior management.
• Experience with Salesforce communication.
• Track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional NPS team to refine and measure patient support programs for the post‑prescription experience.
• Act as NPS subject‑matter expert on neuromuscular therapy and provide inputs to portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for program design (onboarding, co‑pay, adherence, e‑services, hub operations).
• Integrate NPS priorities and performance with product priorities, strategies, and KPIs.
• Develop marketplace and competitive landscape assessments to inform future NPS support for neuromuscular therapy.
• Collaborate with training, NPS Centers of Excellence, field reimbursement, market access, and operations to shape training and field execution.
• Coordinate with NPS Enterprise Intelligence & Insights to gather external benchmarking and global best practices.
• Support implementation of new services (planning, budget, staffing) and oversee patient access and reimbursement content creation.
