  • Integrate NPS priorities and performance with product priorities, strategies, and KPIs.
  • Develop marketplace and competitive landscape assessments to inform future NPS support for neuromuscular therapy.
  • Collaborate with training, NPS Centers of Excellence, field reimbursement, market access, and operations to shape training and field execution.
  • Coordinate with NPS Enterprise Intelligence & Insights to gather external benchmarking and global best practices.
  • Support implementation of new services (planning, budget, staffing) and oversee patient access and reimbursement content creation.

  • Experience with specialty/buy‑and‑bill products.
  • Previous consultant or vendor experience.
  • Home office marketing experience.
Salary Range

Expected annual compensation: $185,500 to $344,500. Final pay depends on location, experience, and other factors. Compensation may include sign‑on bonus, RSUs, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits.
