Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ, seeks an Associate Director of Patient Access & Support Services to lead patient services programs, shape access strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health or Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Fibrosis/Pulmonology preferred
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry including 2+ years in patient services required
• Demonstrates BMS Values and culture in day-to-day tasks and interactions
• Experience in insurance benefit design for both commercial and government payers

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Patient Service programs.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead matrix teams and hubs to identify reimbursement issues and ensure consistency with coding, coverage, and payment with payers.
• Negotiate contracts, optimize vendor agreements, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Communicate program changes to field teams, office teams, and vendors with focus on customer and patient access experience.
• Collaborate with leadership and matrix teams to create program strategy and optimize approaches.
• Develop program launch execution plans as part of launch master planning with PASS and external vendors.
• Validate data and build dashboards for monitoring program performance and anticipation of high demand.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health or Life Sciences

Advanced degree (MBA, MA Public Health, PharmD, etc.) preferred
