Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support Neuromuscular therapy program strategy, planning, and ongoing performance evaluation at the East Hanover site. This role drives day‑to‑day management and optimization of NPS programs and services, including onboarding, co‑pay, adherence, e‑services, and hub operations, to enable impact for patients.

You will coordinate onboarding, patient access and reimbursement content deployment, and collaborate closely with the Director of NPS

Qualifications

• 2+ years background in patient services or similar (including specialty pharmacy distribution and capabilities, patient care coordination, operational workflows, and managed care knowledge).
• Program management and/or project management experience.
• Contract/task order writing and management of the complete contract lifecycle.
• Ability to develop, apply and present on required reporting metrics and elements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and elevate operational issues with NPS teams and vendors.
• Lead or participate in daily or weekly project calls to stay operationally up to speed on all projects and issues with program management.
• Assess program operations to ensure business objectives are met and evaluate performance with cross-functional partners.
• Act as a consistent liaison to enable discussions between NPS Operations, Product Teams, Vendors, Finance, and Field partners.
• Support communication of NPS programs to Sales, Marketing, and Field Reimbursement teams.
• Understand and use operational reports to measure and improve program efficiency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Content Design to pull-through customer-facing resources to field teams.
• Identify and report adverse events via the established Novartis systems as per applicable processes.
