Navitus is seeking an experienced Director of Network Pricing & Market Planning for remote leadership across pharmacy network pricing, MAC pricing, and reimbursement analytics. You will own performance against contracted terms, lead reconciliation and MAC pricing teams, and partner with contracting and analytics to drive measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of PBM, healthcare plan, pharmacy network, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Prior matrix-management experience preferred.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own network performance across all lines of business, ensuring reimbursement guarantees and MAC pricing outcomes.
• Lead reconciliation and MAC pricing teams; ensure contract terms translate into financial results.
• Monitor and report network performance vs. targets (BER/GER, AWP discounts, MAC).
• Drive MAC adjustments and governance to maintain competitive pricing and compliance.
