Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will oversee reconciliation, MAC pricing, and rate guarantees, translating contracting terms into measurable financial outcomes.

You will partner with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with results, ensuring post-contract performance realization and governance across pricing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 7+ years PBM/healthcare pricing or network experience.
• 3+ years of leadership delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Prior experience leading or matrix-management preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Aufgaben

• Own network performance against contracted effective rates (BER/GER) and pricing guarantees.
• Lead reconciliation across all lines of business with accurate settlements.
• Monitor performance vs contractual targets and drive corrective actions in partnership with Pricing teams.
• Oversee MAC pricing strategy, governance, and pricing adjustments.
• Establish governance to ensure MAC pricing is competitive and compliant.
