Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an experienced Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning to own network financial performance across all lines of business. You will drive reconciliation, pricing governance, and MAC pricing outcomes, ensuring contracted terms translate into real-world results.

The role leads the Network Reconciliation and MAC Pricing teams, partners with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics, and oversees post-contract performance realization with disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive PBM, healthcare plan, pharmacy network, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning experience.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Leadership or matrix-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Reconciliation with accountability for validating network performance against contracted rates and pricing guarantees.
• Own reconciliation outcomes across all lines of business with accurate financial settlements.
• Establish processes to monitor, measure, and report network performance against targets.
• Ensure audit readiness, financial transparency, and governance across reconciliation activities.
• Provide oversight of pharmacy network performance across pricing constructs (e.g., BER/GER, MAC, NADAC, PAC, AWP).
• Drive MAC pricing adjustments and governance to meet financial goals.
