Job summary

Navitus is seeking an experienced Director of Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will drive reconciliation, rate guarantees, and MAC pricing outcomes, translating pricing strategies into measurable financial results.

Lead the Network Reconciliation and MAC Pricing teams, ensure audit readiness and governance, and collaborate with contracting, underwriting, finance, and analytics to align terms with outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive PBM, healthcare plan, pharmacy network, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Prior matrix-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own network performance across all lines of business, ensuring validated performance against contracted rates and pricing guarantees.
• Lead MAC Pricing team to develop and maintain enterprise MAC pricing and monitor claim-level reimbursement.
• Drive timely MAC adjustments to address performance gaps and market changes.
• Establish governance and controls to ensure MAC pricing is competitive and aligned with financial goals.
• Oversee reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial settlement and alignment to contract terms.
• Partner with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align contracted terms with financial outcomes.
