Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an experienced leader in Pharmacy Benefit Management to own network pricing performance and reconciliation across all lines of business. The role oversees MAC pricing,BER/GER, and NADAC/PAC outcomes, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations and financial targets.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize pricing strategies, drive governance, and realize measurable financial performance from post-contract execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive PBM, healthcare plan, pharmacy network, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Prior matrix-management experience preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business and ensure contracted reimbursement guarantees.
• Lead the Network Reconciliation function and MAC Pricing teams; ensure reconciliation outcomes align with contract terms.
• Monitor claim-level reimbursement performance to identify variances and address pricing inefficiencies.
• Establish governance to ensure MAC pricing is competitive and aligned with financial goals.
• Collaborate with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics leadership to align terms with outcomes.
