Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an experienced Director of Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will drive accurate reconciliation, MAC pricing governance, and post-contract performance realization with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee rate guarantees and reimbursement analytics, partnering with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive PBM, healthcare network experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
• Prior leadership or matrix-management experience preferred.
• Compliance program participation and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Own network pricing governance and reconciliation across lines of business.
• Translate contract terms into measurable financial performance and outcomes.
• Lead MAC pricing strategy execution with governance controls.
• Monitor reimbursement performance, identify variances, and drive corrections.
• Partner with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics leadership.
