Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning to lead pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will own reimbursement guarantees, MAC pricing outcomes, and governance, coordinating with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to translate contracts into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive PBM/healthcare pricing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in professional services or similar environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive analysis.
• Prior matrix-management experience preferred.
• Commitment to compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business and drive outcomes against contracted terms.
• Lead Network Reconciliation and MAC Pricing teams to ensure pricing is operationalized and monitored.
• Oversee governance of MAC pricing and pricing constructs (AWP, BER/GER, NADAC, PAC).
• Monitor claim-level reimbursement performance and drive timely adjustments to address gaps.
• Collaborate with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with outcomes.
