Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will lead reconciliation, MAC pricing, and governance to translate pricing strategies into measurable outcomes and drive accountability post-contract.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PBM, healthcare plan, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead network reconciliation with accountability for validating performance against contracted rates and guarantees.
• Oversee MAC pricing strategy and governance to support financial targets.
• Monitor claim-level reimbursement and address outliers with pricing interventions.
• Ensure audit readiness, governance, and compliance across reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with outcomes.
